How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
  • Instructions for international returns

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original box with all tags and packaging materials. Attach the return label clearly and drop at any authorized shipping center.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
