Where do you ship?
We ship globally to most locations (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions). Whether you’re preparing for mountain trails in Colorado or urban cycling in Tokyo, we’ve got you covered.

We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Expedited service via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after shipment (1-2 day processing).
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after shipment (1-2 day processing).
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Oklahoma City headquarters before shipping out. Adventure waits for no one, and neither do we!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We’re confident you’ll love your adventure footwear, but if anything isn’t perfect, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Please see our complete Returns Policy for details.
